Featuring a soft cotton/spandex blend, split side hems with a dropped back panel and subtle branding. This tank is lightweight and breathable with a slim athletic fit. Complete with a back yoke panel, raw-cut armholes and reinforced seams throughout.

Key Features

The inspiration for the Split Tank was simple: Design the best cut-sleeve muscle tank possible. We wanted to emulate the feeling of cutting up your favorite cotton tshirt for heavy gym sessions, but with added performance features.

Cotton FlexKnit fabric looks and feels like regular cotton, but is super soft with added stretch and shape retention
Raw-cut arm holes for uninterrupted range of motion and breathability
Relaxed collar that doesn't push up and rub on your neck
Overlapping split side seam prevents snagging when squatting, jumping and moving
Extended dropped back panel gives better coverage when reaching and adds some style
Subtle reflective logo treatment on the back panel
Reinforced top stitches on every seam, including the collar, allows for stronger panel connections and helps the piece last longer

Overview:

Our Cotton FlexKnit fabric series products are made with a soft cotton stretch fiber blend. Not all activewear needs to be made with high-tech synthetic materials. Many times, our favorite pieces to rock through a big workout are just classic cotton tees. We took the softness and durability of traditional cotton fabric, and combined it with spandex to add some stretch and shape retention. The result is a material that feels and looks like your favorite classic tees, but with added performance benefits.

Additional Features

Split Side Hem

One of the Split Tank's defining details (and what we named the product after) is the overlapping split side hem. The split allows for a better range of motion and more flexibility with movement. We reinforced the hem with a sturdy bartack and a slightly extended back panel length for additional freedom of movement and style.

Back Yoke Panel

We designed the Split Tank to be rugged and ready for any workout, no matter how intense. We added a double-stitched back yoke panel to help the tank fall comfortably over different body types. The resulting seam is also a defining design characteristic that we love for this piece.

Reflective Details

With all of our products, we opt for tasteful logo placements and design treatments. The Split Tanks feature our triple vertical ACTV LA logo variation, placed on the back-left panel so it's out of the way on first glance, but noticeable when you're looking for it.
