Notes from the designer:

The Performance Shorts fit true to size, so I definitely recommend ordering your regular shorts size. The waistband is elastic, so if you fall in between sizes, you'll have the option to size up or down, depending on if you prefer a more fitted look and feel or having a little bit more room.

These were designed to have a medium-close fit to the legs; to look tailored but with enough room to move and stretch.  We didn't want any bulk or bagginess.  The overall aesthetic is ultra clean with threadless hems and stealth reflective detailing.
